West Brom midfielder James Morrison has signed a new four-year contract at the Hawthorns.
The new and improved deal will keep the Scotland international with the Baggies until 2016.
Morrison
has established himself as a key member of the West Brom
side since arriving from Middlesbrough
in 2007.
Baggies boss Steve Clarke
believes keeping Morrison, who is the longest serving player in the current squad, is a big coup for the club.
"It's also a big coup for the club because I'm sure that if James was on the market, there'd be a few clubs interested in him."
